Premarital and Marriage Enrichment Counseling
When I got married, my husband and I thought it
was important to have premarital conversations, but we couldn’t find premarital
counseling that was light-hearted, engaging, religion-neutral -- and fun.
to fill that gap by working with couples preparing for marriage that might not be in crisis, but still
want to explore and enrich their relationships. Premarital and marriage enrichment counseling is not therapy. It's designed to be time-limited, raise questions, explore issues, challenge you, and offer new perspectives on your committed relationship.
I use the Prepare/Enrich program in my premarital and marriage enrichment counseling. After our first 60-minute session together, where I’ll learn more about your background, you and your partner will be directed to the Prepare/Enrich website to take an online assessment questionnaire. Then we’ll meet to talk about the areas of strength, as well as the areas for growth, in your relationship.
